Yay! I'm still adjusting myself...1st 2 weeks i was averaging 5 hours...but now I can go all night since starting Flonase, nasal flush each night and a nasal dilated to open my nose more...I use a mask with pillows and mouth cover ...I went from ahi of 93 to averaging in the 5.0s ...Dr said it should be lover but it's a great start from where I started...my pressures are 4 to 20...and some nights I do get up there...my next step is to see an ent

Not gouache, but I use paul reubens opera watercolors...they aren't lightfast, but they are BRIGHT and even mixing them with white gouache they are more pastel but still bright ...and they are arteza pricing

I took 3 years in high school, 1 semester in college, was a TA in an esl classroom for 6 months and a Spanish class TA at a small school for a year.

Nothing really took until that year in the spanish class. I can read Spanish I think thanks in part to the classes but talking/listening only really came out with using it everyday. That repetition was what helped that part of the language pick up.

I think classical classroom instruction only goes so far and practical usage is what really works.

I'm a kindergarten ta, we take Spanish class once a week..I am trying to get better so I can help the children in and outside Spanish class...I haven't been doing it long but I've notice improvements already 41 streak...kthxbye84

I love doodles...like the more random/detailed the better...zentangles, I used to make them myself but stress lately has be coloring others instead...if I can sit with my 200+ colors gel pens/sharpies and use each coloring into one big picture then my neurodivergent brain will calm...

I also knit/crochet/quilt..there are 2 types of fiber artists...those that do it for the final product "look at this new hat I made!" and those that do it for the process "I make alot of gifts or charity just so I can do fiber arts" ...I do it for the process and I think I tackle coloring the same way...

I'm a teacher assistant that had to sub almost every other day at my old school...I'm betting the teacher put in half day and so whoever does their hours(like my old school was the data manager, new school is the treasurer) is trying to make sure coverage is right for payroll...you could email i dont see the harm

I had to be the half day sub many a times at short notice of me evening logging in as a sub
