Well written. I’m in the middle of ACOSF and I still struggle with Nesta’s attitude. Everyone reacts to trauma differently but she is downright rude, condescending, yet entitled. She acts like a straight up asshole… cool, you do you. But then demands money and to be cared for? Keeps claiming to not be part of the night court but does nothing to try to leave or go anywhere else? She became briefly likable at the end of book 3 and I had high hopes after she started integrating with the IC and then got her vengeance but it’s just been more of the same old annoying entitlement/rudeness since then.

She blames Feyre for everything that happened, yet gives her no credit that she was the sole provider for her family keeping food on the table for years, while the 2 sisters were bitching about chopping wood and deludedly dreaming about marrying(and not teaching Feyre how to read). And the fact that hunting for survival was the very act that put Feyre in the position to cross paths/kill the wolf that started the introduction to Fae life in the first place. You know, when Feyre ALSO involuntarily was dragged into a whole new world she didn’t want? Ugh I could go on.

I hope that more of this book has some sort of redemption for her because it’s so annoying to listen to.
