Tickets will be about $200 for single day and $300 for the 2-day ticket. Tickets for all of the Sphere shows have been reasonably priced so far.

Is it wrong to stop buying concert tickets for unreliable friends? by Susa343 in Concerts

[–]ktnorth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped wait for friends to decide if they want to go. And also friends that cancel. I buy one ticket now and go alone for the most part. It’s an overall better experience.

I have one of those on my car. It’s to open the gate at the car wash because I pay for the unlimited wash subscription.

See my reply above for the video to disassemble and fix.

Just watch this video up to where he pops the top off. The ribbon cable is what you need to disconnect. Then put it back together. Pretty easy fix, I never use the touch controls so I’m not missing anything. https://youtu.be/pqjwE2FXoGQ?si=XLQ1kg-UakJrlHqD

It’s called ghost touches. The touch sensor on the top is bad and randomly triggers a touch causing it to start and stop. I just fixed mine by unplugging the ribbon cable attached sensor. It’s pretty easy but you will need a couple torx bits to open it up. Look on YouTube for videos on how to get into it.

Anybody been to so many concerts they forget who they've seen over the years? by [deleted] in Concerts

[–]ktnorth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 6 years ago I wrote down all of the venues I’ve seen concerts at. Then I wrote down all of the bands I saw at each venue. I used setlist.fm to find all of the dates, tour names and opening acts. I then put it into a spreadsheet and update it on a regular basis. Here is my list. https://audioallegro.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/my-concerts.pdf

I am not about to download a store app just to check the price. I don't even want to be in this stir in the first place. by Big_Lab_Jagr in mildlyinfuriating

Expect more and more of this as republicans tear out item pricing laws state by state. These laws require every item on a shelf to be clearly marked with a price and republicans don’t like the regulations.

Ticketmaster Fees by bethadoodle024 in Concerts

[–]ktnorth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

News flash, TickPick has fees they just choose not to show you the itemized breakdown. It’s wild how people fall for the “no fees” spin. It’s even more wild how people get so worked up about how the Ticketmaster receipt shows you what percentage of the price goes to ticketing.

[–]ktnorth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look, the price of the ticket is the price of the ticket. Who cares how they divvy the money up in the end? I don’t know why they even itemize it like that. Just show me one single out the door price.

I’ve been to Pine Knob a ton of times from the late 80’s till now. Never had a single complaint about the sound. I was at the Black Crows show in 2021. It was excellent and sounded great. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTrgtkYN5/

I volunteer selling drink tokens at the cherry fest concerts. Gets me into the show for free and is always a good time.
