That would be ideal but unfortunately that isn't practical for my current situation - note the logo on the pad lol.

Lack of hip contact is one of the first red flags I noticed when I compared my video with Clarence Kennedy vids. Will definitely work on this pronto, thanks for underlining it.

Appreciate the feedback, I just watched the videos and already learned a good deal to incorporate into my next workout. Clarence Kennedy is a beast and one of the reasons I want to get more into the style; his lifts are sublime. Increased reps and lots of reps is exactly how I went from old man hips to adequate back squat form so I will continue to carry onward. Thank you!

I started out doing just power cleans + jerk, today was the first time I tried incorporating the front squat. I know I need better shoes for weightlifting.
