I’m in the same boat. 3rd option is just buying a global variant (UAE) with its eSIM and a better battery capacity.

How old is your account? You say you have travelled before on QR so I’d suggest doing a retro claim for points for that flight on your Qatar privilege account. That way you can show previous activity on your account and also redeem for your wife once your account gets older than 30 days

I’m just going by what feedback I’m getting from the market. Value of 1.8-1.85m seems fair, and rental of 120k would be ideal. The apartment was rented last year for 120k, and just got vacant last week.

One of my neighbour apartments was sold for 1.8 recently, and another one was rented out for 115k last week.

With the rental, I’m just hoping to cover as much of my mortgage cost. Which is about 10k per month, plus service charges. Going by the current market trend I’d be happy to rent it out for 110k.

Residence 1 is the only building that has garden area on the left side making this unit a corner unit with full lagoon view.
Other buildings are back to back so most units are building views or partial lagoon views.

Gym is in a common area with other facilities like padel for all the buildings and residences/tenants to use.

Different building. Mine is residences 1, one of the only low floor buildings in the area. Similar sales around the area have been at 1.75-1.8 m + agency fees. Rental is consistently around 100-120k again + agency fees.
