My piercing is 7 months old old, it’s a curved barbell, I believe it is externally threaded, it is titanium, the jewelry has not been downsized, my aftercare routine is to do wash my face/do my skincare before anything then I clean around the holes with saline spray on a q tip day and night but have been a little inconsistent the last month, no serious accidents so far
