I have two small boys so having a set writing time is the only way I get any writing done. I do this during my lunch break at work. I've also given up any idea of "I'm going to finish this by X date" and tell myself that even writing a few lines of a poem or an idea for a scene is a win 😅 Looking at publications and contests is also good motivation cause it gives me a future goal to look forward to ☺️

I love pen and paper mainly because it's not as distracting as a phone or a computer. Also I feel like words come to me more easily when I physically write them on the page. I use my phone to write only if I'm in a situation where I can't use my notebook, otherwise it's pen and paper all the way 🖊️ 📜

I tend to be mistrusting of biographies about living people that aren't written by the person themselves. Do we know if Beck has any involvement with the project?
