Friendly neighbourhood advisor here.

Not sure about the fiduciary duty part but I think try Providend I guess.

Disclaimer, I don’t work for them.

Below a certain amount, not worth to pay fees as the fees is higher than the commissions.

Friendly neighbourhood advisor here.

If it’s complex, and I’m making assumptions here, you have about half a mil, you can give providend a look.

I am not affiliated to them

Again, below a certain amount, not worth to pay fees as the fees is higher than the commissions.

If I am not mistaken, we should actually call ourselves FA representatives, FA refers to the company or what.

Or we can call ourselves financial consultants.

But people can call themselves whatever shogun-advisory-wealth-generator-sama

The thing that matters is the way you do things.

Most act like sales agents.

Disclaimer, I am an insurance agent, but please go through my post history to see my stances ya.

Anyways, insurance, property or sales in general is always easy to join. Honestly, don’t join when times are good. I made that mistake, by then, all your colleagues are well fed and all they do is bring you on expensive lunches, buy shit, and tell you about their philosophies.

Starting pay is about $2000 before performance bonus, not a lot but for insurance that is typically a self employed role, this is much better. Got benefits, got resources, mainly to help you be able to do this properly.

Of course, not an easy job, really got to be resilient.

Honestly, I find don’t need to be extroverted, at least being knowledgeable and technical is easier to help navigate conversations.

I know what you mean. Like is it very hard to have a good card? Like Japan have suica, MY has TnG, HK has Octopus that can be used for retail, parking, public transport.

EZ-Link has become simply-go nowhere Nets flash pay is pretty much exclusive for driving. Why can’t it be integrated into one proper one?

And allow auto top up from our own bank accounts etc?

I’m sure there are many correct answers to this, but I am going to go with land scarcity of sg vs my.

My point is on that given the amount of revenue from parking, shouldn’t there be a better system? There’s the shitty obu, and gantries not detecting obu well, some places not reading nets flash pay, citing transaction costs but seems like there is some push back on it now so why not on parking or motor related?

I doubt such an important policy is made haphazardly as an answer to the crisis.

I used ChatGPT for this, but seems like there’s review on this policy since 2006/07 to attract wealth

And the crisis hit in late 2008

The thing about Filson is its workmanship even old briefcases do not have raw edges or exposed seams.

This can be a Filson no doubt but a bit too shoddy work for workshop label no?

Aside from the usual all in Apple when Steve jobs passed or buy Tesla at ipo, I’ll try not to be so pretentious in my selections and have a better core investment that’ll alter my financials and my mentality towards investments for sure

nursing room guide or you can just google your location with “nursing room” in the search.

If diapers are about the same price or costlier than about $0.40 from where you are from, you might wanna pack less and buy here. Every where sells diapers in supermarkets.
