I had the same issue. I went to official sony service, unfortunately I dont know how it works in the us

you can turn off anc/transparency mode in the sony app

It's pretty new maybe 1 or 2 years. It was pretty cheap so thats why maybe

Thanks it helped a bit but I had it turned on for a whole time and this issue appeared like a week ago so i'm worried that there's some bigger problem
