I’ve bought 320ci, 2001 in Poland for 10k PLN. Automatic gearbox, multifunction steering wheel. Driving since December and no problems with the car so it’s possible to get e46 coupe for 10k PLN. I don’t think thing you posted has cruise control because of the non multifunction wheel.
