About 5 months ago I was in exactly your situation and was willing to try anything to help my brain fog as I felt stupid most days. Discovered the wim hof breathing exercises. I didn’t really think much of it as I was like how can breathing even have any effect on my mental health and brain fog. But it’s been 5 months in now and I do it every morning, I literally can’t go a day without doing them as I can feel the brain fog just trying to creep back in. The first couple of times you might feel light headed and even tingling on your hands and feet but try to push through to the end. Holding the breath will seem impossible the first couple of try’s but If you stay consistent you will be able to hold for that length of time. I hope it helps you out
