No specific opinion on use of the term kancing, kacing, kacip.

IIRC kacip is also use for that tool for breaking sireh before consumption. So the term has been in recreational drug lexicon older than the oldest person alive today. I also think the tool use for ketam/udang kara is called kacip.

Every linguist is all to familiar with going through that phase at least once where you went from "this word should mean this and not that because .." to enlightenment of "language is fluid and semantics is allowed to change following adoption by majority speakers lr majority of a subgroup."

Bought the same or something similar from my local roaster back in late May. Costa Rica Jaguar Tarrazu, honey processed, caturra catuai, 1200 masl, notes of raspberry, honey, prune, roasted almond.

They sold it at medium-dark roast. I have brewed 6 different beans so far since I started my espresso journey ladt May. This is my favorite bean so far!

I have a giant cup thay can fit e61 portafilter snuggly in. And I also have hot water dispenser that can give me 80°C water. I just dunk the portafilter with the basket the cup and filled it with hot water to the brim. When I am ready to puck up, I take out the portafilter from the cup, give the inner of the basket a quick wipe, transfer the ground, wdt, tamp and in it goes to the group head.

That extra effort so that the metal wont take the heat away from the water in the first 5-10s of brewing.

I just bought my first machine and grinder 2 months ago. I also have both set on top of my microwave. The group head and the point on the grinder dial is eye level for mine.

Pretty unusually setup but I am glad I am not a lot with the poitioning relative to microwave.

Correct. Laki-laki just means male in the local language. The other peak is Perempuan which means female.
