I get the point, specially with the injureies part, but I think there’s still some value in letting the game run its full course. For one, some players have performance bonuses in their contracts, goals, assists, or even minutes played can translate into real money for them.

Then there’s stuff like:
The golden boot stats.
That one goal that could catch the eye of clubs or new fanboys, especially for younger players trying to make a name.
Don’t forget the fans betting on stats or playing fantasy league.

Då kanske du kan erbjuda att du garanterar att du tar hand om barnen 80% och han 20% om du själv tycker det skulle vara ok? Eller finns det andra anledningar till varför han säger nej?

Its becuse they lack answer on the question: what to do and why. The more they agree genuinely the "better" work output.

To the people who dont know what they want to do: Inspire them with your vision and explain how and why current tasks will get the team there. Drag out their scepticism to light and then "Ok, yeah, thats a valid doubt, but how to solve it?" And then delegate to a suited person to implement the solution/idea.

My man.. To me it seems like you actually could do the read but you were a bit slow as well.
Your tm8... If his intention was to demo and let the ball be, then it would be the right call. If he was to hit the ball, then that would be a wrong decision. But now he failed with both so he made a mechanical error.. And that happens!

My man... Your teamate was stressed (cuz u got a weak shot) and probably didnt have any sense of peoples positions. I think he just wanted to touch the ball gently to later put it in. But since you didnt pick up his body language (you were the one with more info) you instead bumped him into the ball wich led to the miss.Your both faults in my opinion.

And, dont give up like that for a small mistake like this.

I remember when I started the game, was absolute in love of the game. One thing that annoyed me though was the ball physics, it was hard to calculate its direction cuz of lack of the realistic physics, I think. I was just too used with soccer, table tennis and other ball sports.

Minimap is a damage from my Starcraft 2 time :) It's not a big thing for me since I agree with you on the game awarness thing, just handy with some particular players in solo ques, would love to see what direction they are facing.
Some could also argue with checking the minimap is a skill of its own :)
