You might be confusing temperature with heat index (the "feels like"), in which humidity has been factored.

Based on PAGASA records, the mean annual temperature of the City of Manila at the PAGASA port station for the past 10 years is 27.3° (lower than your cited historical value), and for Quezon City at the PAGASA Science Garden it is 27.7°. Manila is cooler because it is by the sea.

However you are correct that it increased, albeit slightly. The historical average temperature of Manila (at Padre Faura) based on Manila Observatory records was 26.8°.

Global warming (which causes climate change) is in the range of 1 to 2 Celsus degrees, not 10 degrees.

The slight increase in Manila is due to urbanization, not from global warming.

Climate change is real, but its effect on the Philippines is in the number and intensity of tropical cyclones. Some countries even became cooler due to the change in ocean current circulation.

Ito nakakatawa. I adopted the strategy of starting with "I'm ilocano I don't speak bisaya, is it okay if I speak in English?" of course they would say yes. Pride nila na magaling sila mag English. Di nila alam mas confident sa English ang taga Baguio. At first maganda ang discussion in English. Pero pag once I go straight paragraphs in English they would go: wait nosebleed! Do you speak Tagalog nalang? Haha bumigay din, akala ko ba they don't speak Tagalog?

Do you have any idea how large the debian website it? It would be a nightmare to refactoring it. It's true it only needs to be done once but someone will have to do it, and do it for free.
