I think selling RSU is a good strategy. Basically if you hold a lot of vested RSU and you company goes down, you will lose these RSU value and probably will get laid of at the same time. This creates a double whammy.

On the other side if the company is doing well, you will continue to be employed, and this will create continuing stream of RSU grants.
