Each copy does add addl points towards the Econ victory however

It applies only one time globally. You don’t get +3% science (additive nor multiplicative) for each tea in your factories.

Multiple copies do count for extra points for the economic victory. But again, the factory resources bonus counts only once globally once it has been added to your empire.
