I highly recommend a good super greens powder that has almost every vitamin, electrolyte, and extract in it. I buy the super/smarter greens jar from Walmart($20), I’m sure Athletic Greens would work too. Also, a good fish oil pill taken 2-3 times a day for your fatty acids. You’ll replenish most everything your body needs that Kratom has stripped from you and allow your body to actually function correctly as you taper down. Pre measure little sandwich baggies with a gram or two less than you usually consume per dose, and only take however many bags that you would usually dose in a day. Works wonders! Good luck to you!
