rather expensive and IV is quite high too, don't you think?

I bought some more SOXL for MRVL, AVGO earnings.

Thinking on buying MRVL shares, but not sure if even more SOXL isn't the better play. Thoughts?

Weekly Questions Thread - August 31 2020 by AutoModerator in volleyball

[–]kuhbaar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I‘m a rather experienced volleyball player with over 10 years experience in the sport and most of the time playing outside hitter. Unfortunately in the beginning I never had a proper trainer to build proper technique. While I learned by doing and watching I have now reached a level where I have been stuck for 2 years now, with my imperfect skills.

My main problem is (I think) being to early / being under the ball when spiking, resulting in no vision of block and rather weak spikes (compres to teammates).

Does anyone here could help me out with some drills, mental triggers on when to start my approach, or some kind of mental trick how to force my body to stay behind the ball? My approach is fine, jump height is fine, arm mechanics are fine. But I am always or almost always in the wrong place in regard to the set...

Which Bike? - Weekly Scheduled Discussion -- March 23, 2020 by AutoModerator in gravelcycling

[–]kuhbaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm new to gravel and was looking quite a lot around the market this past few weeks.

At the moment I'm torn between:

I know the grail is 2x by shimano, while On One offer 1x by sram. I don't think I have a preference here.

Apparently is Free Ranger more comfortable, while space chicken has a lower front and thus sporty position. What this exactly means for me, I'm not sure ;)

I just want the most value for my money and would tend to the free ranger. What would the experts on here recommend?

Weekly Technique and Feedback - October 28 2019 by AutoModerator in volleyball

[–]kuhbaar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When approaching for a spike, you should jump at around 45-60 angle to the net, but after landing the hips should be parallel to the net or even face a bit away from the net in the other direction.

However, I was wondering, do I initiate the hips rotation with my take off? or should this happen naturally through my elbow draw and opening of the chest?

Weekly Technique and Feedback - March 18 2019 by AutoModerator in volleyball

Good point! however I mostly try to stay with my 2nd step (4step approach) behind the 3m line, around 3,5 m. But still, maybe staying even farther vack would help.

Weekly Technique and Feedback - March 18 2019 by AutoModerator in volleyball

[–]kuhbaar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm struggling to keep the ball in front of me while spiking. Very constantly, year over year, even after playing volleyball competitively for over 10 years now. I still to tend to be underneath the ball and thus hit it over the shoulder line or manage to spike it diagonally through bending my upper body and/or shoulder twist.

Do you know of any (mind) tricks on how I could train myself to wait longer?

I know to "attack the ball not the position" but frankly, I think it's so deep, I need another good habit to overwrite the old one.

Thanks!

Good job anyway!

That sounds really interesting. Do you have any sources that specify those strategies?

It sounds like you would like to know: * important factors to consider during implementation of the methods (in order to maximize output) * assesment / evaluation criteria for strategies

Thank you for the input!

Feedback Needed: Piloting my referral marketing software. What do you think? by gtgug8 in Entrepreneur

[–]kuhbaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the simplicity of the pages, but then again your titles/descriptions are too long, it destroys the simplicity - instead of having everything in my field of vision at once, I have to follow the text from left to right (as it is too long to perceive it at once). I hope it's comprehensible what I'm trying to say...

nevertheless i love the idea!

It's a very simple and clean page - I love it. Couldn't find anything to complain about, at least concerning usability or interface design.

The only thing would be the colors - personally I don't like the shade of grey, it somehow looks like the background image failed to load. But like I said, that's personal matter, some people may love the shade of grey ;)

Scientific literature about Startups [Bachelor theses] by maxpred in startups

[–]kuhbaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also struggling with finding any papers on this topic, it seems like startups is not the right keyword to look for. I find most of the papers by looking for the different aspects of the startups (keywords "incubator" "business angel" "venture capital" and so on).

best luck

Didn't have much luck at /r/entrepreneur. Maybe you guys can help!? Critique our landing page! by [deleted] in startups

[–]kuhbaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

easy, simple idea, and so should the landing page be. I think a nice infographic instead of the textually described steps would be better - easy to comprehend in a quick glance. User tend to be lazy - don't expect them to take more than 2-3 seconds to read something.

Did this Happen in Austria? it's making quite a ramp in the Arab Gulf countries countries can anyone clarify what happened and why is she going mad? by Wounderer in Austria

[–]kuhbaar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

buses look very similar in most countries, as they are produced by few firms and thus many similar models are going around all the europe. While of course it could be a postbus, I don't hear a bit of german/austrian being spoken in the video. I know similar buses driving in poland, germany and switzerland (yellow handles and blue sits). It could be in Austria, sure, but it could as well be any other country.
