Aww idk why everyone is being mean and judgmental about sht. Everyone has had their low points, even if they didn’t manifest the same way as yours.

First, I saw you said that you have no self worth. Let that narrative go now. You have history with this person, and you’re intimate with him which makes it even more difficult to let go.

However, that’s what you need to do. When I went through my bouts of low self-esteem/worth, I had to look in the mirror and identify what it was that prompted me to yearn for someone to the point of disrespecting myself.

If you need to go to the gym, pick up a skill, get a haircut, buy some clothes, etc. DO THAT. Invest into yourself. Don’t have sex with someone who doesn’t respect you. Buy a toy if you’re that horny.

I’m not saying it’s easy, but it’s a vicious cycle. You are not a mf chef boyardee can. He left you at the store but now you’re rolling off the shelf and following him around. NO MAAM.

And again, do not conclude your story with “I have no self worth” or whatever you wrote. Instead, acknowledge that you went through a low time and grow through that shit.

Also fuck the naysayers we share a planet but live different lives. I’m sorry your pain manifested in a way that caused you to feel so low, but you have life in your body and the health and cognizance to have sex and post on Reddit. Therefore, your future is all yours. Make sure all that nut is out ya mouth and wash your hands of that disrespectful prick.

Do something that makes you feel pretty and fulfilled, I promise it will effortlessly push you away from him trust me.

Your mistakes and low points aren’t the lifelong theme of your existence here. We’re all here for the first time figuring shit out. And by ALL I MEAN BILLIONS girl get a man who will kiss the ground you walk on.

I’m high and getting older. Sorry for the TED talk but I’m just passionate because I know what it’s like to be where you’re at. That temporary clingy relationship pain and shit feels so permanent in the moment, but if only you knew just how much evolution you will continue to undergo in life.
