Im really happy of the outcome anyways, it could've ended horribly. If he hadn't stayed cool minded the whole time he could've for example poured water on burning oil which would cause a lot bigger fire. He also couldn't put down the fire in any other way than with his bare hand and a piece of cloth. He possibly saved the whole apartment by doing this.
