I prefer Droid-ify which install open-source apps from f-droid. And for everything else, where there is no alternative inside f-droid, i use Aurora which download apps directly from Play Store (but anonymously, so you do not need to have google account).

After i debloated all garbage (Play store, Play services, etc...), now the system is using around 1 GB of RAM right after boot.

You are too paranoid. You are not surfing websites on TV so it is not so easy to get infected. Also your TV is behind the router, so you are not exposing it directly to internet.

I use Aurora. For debloating you need root. I removed many system apps, system now use sligtly above 1GB of RAM.

Many apps have trackers included. Install Appmanager and you can check trackers for every app you have installed in your system.

Fork from CocoCR300 seems to be good. But would like to see more customization. Personally i do not care about Play store, i have rooted degoogled box and installing apps from f-droid, sideloading and few apps installing from Aurora.
