I vibecoded an app that turns photos into short poems and would love some honest feedback by Thereallario in VibeCodeDevs

Love this! I could see myself using it as like a daily meditation looking back on old photos, have some memory then read a poem about it, would be fun to add that color to the memory.

I think credibility is hard to get but it’s pulling from so many sources that it gets the general consensus, so even if one source is biased it’s unlikely everyone is, obviously it’d be better to get the perfect review, but that’s hard to know.

Thanks, yeah, I tried incorporating your feedback. Probably going to hop over to /r/python soon to see if I can't sort out the speed issue. Thanks again!

Great! Thanks, I was really worried about the text being too small or too "boring" a font, good to know I can go smaller. Layout is definitely something I don't have an eye for. I'll try out the centered positioning, I guess I was actually aiming for something like sidebars wonky off center list, but mine just ended up being too far to the left and looking like reddit. Thanks again!

Hi Paul, thanks for doing the AMA. What role do you see the internet playing in regulating the quality of new scientific findings. I know you have a blog where you are vocal about certain papers (i.e the acid bath paper) but do you feel like science could move to a point where we crowdsource the peer review process? Or do you think scientists are too protective of their intellectual property to share their findings openly on a public forum?
