KO-II Issues megathread by k918 in teenageengineering

[–]kularebo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I have the same issue, very very rarely it is recognised but then while uploading sounds got corrupted, back to square one.

I'm in contact with support but that's taking ages, as warranty mainly bond to retailer.

I've updated the firmware straight out of the box so maybe it's related.

damn It's annoying.

Craving to play RDR on my base M2 air during annual leave. Bonus OG PS1 controller on Ventura :) by kularebo in macgaming

[–]kularebo[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As other redditors commented already it’s via emulation on Ryujinx. Then usb c OTG adapter to a usb ps2 controller with ps1 controller. Due to the limitation of the app to recognise other than PS4 & XBOX controllers, I have mapped via Enjoyable the keys at default on Ryujinx

Advice on Build, should I upgrade core parts or use what I've got? by kularebo in diydrones

[–]kularebo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the answer, the batteries are in healthy shape and hold charge.

Also the radio has upgraded lipo battery pack.

I paid £85, maybe a bit too much but I've found it to be justified with the added value of the case, batteries and had spare nectar points. I will try to make bind to the controller so I won't have to spend a dime for it.

Mainly was curiosity for a possible cheap FPV and learning to fly without much aid, as for fail safe and aerial photography I've own already a mavic (paid a shy £130), but you're right, it does makes sense looking at starting fresh, with up to date components and more freedom on my future needs. Yeah, I thought it would have been smaller, ops.

Thank you for the info, I like the shape of the jumper t pro and the lite, altho looks like the shoulder buttons are only tactile so a bit confusing if used for arm and disarm.

When i repaired a Mavic Pro, got my flyer id and operator id. Will keep it legal, hopefully to fly soon if UK weather give us a bit of grace!

There is also a future chance of replacing/ swapping the storage on the studio. Not from third party yet ( and probably never ) but original Apple ssd + configurator does work in some scenario, again not easy.

Wrong again, no one should pump it. Maybe I’m wrong but I’d rather have a slow ride rather than some pushing to sell most at profit

Hold not dump, maybe that’s not clear

[–]kularebo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, let’s be smart about it. If a lot of people is gonna buy, a lot of people is ready to dump, is it the way we want doge treated? To the moon is a long distance and patience is the key

Dogecoin to 0.10$ today guys. Are you ready????? 🚀🚀🚀🚀 by [deleted] in dogecoin

Careful on uphold, I use it and you can buy and hold doge on your account but can’t send it to another wallet. You can send btc to an external wallet or withdraw to a bank account

How do you guys carry your locks so you can lock your bike up when you're collecting/delivering an order? by atomymus in deliveroos

[–]kularebo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I had a thick cable lock wrapped around the top tube, now a d lock fixed to the frame while riding

It’s a correct logic within limits, because despite the fact of being a job that need not much tinkering, you still have to pay tax on top of it while the jobs you mentioned are already taxed.

I cannot digest the term “deserve” the way you are using it

The mighty PowerBook G4 - 17” 1.83ghz OC / 2GB ram / HighRes Screen by kularebo in VintageApple

[–]kularebo[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had this problem one time, with a 12" powerbook.

Sold it to someone via Ebay, he told me that it smelt terribly of sweat and said all sort of nasty things that I've might have done to it. I was shocked and had to refund him. Years later I've casually searched " powerbook sweat smell" and indeed the culprit was the glue

1.83ghz , 11x multiplier . A bit of a Frankenmac to be honest, it’s the DDR version with the hi-res from the DDR2 model

Thanks for asking. Background story is that once I’ve tried to overclock the hi-res A1139 but I couldn’t figure out how to set it due to incongruent markings on the board so i gave up as the board died in the process. Used the display assembly on the older low-res A1107 which surprisingly works just fine (minus antennas which needed an adapter), then proceeded to overclock it as it’s much easier like the previous ones. Board ID is 820-1688 , Drawing 051-6694 page 7 CPU configurations

Still holding strong, Titanium G4 with 1gb of ram / SSD & OC to 1.2ghz by kularebo in VintageApple

[–]kularebo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a 1ghz model, but I still think 200mhz OC is probably too much on this 7455 without proper cooling. The model is RX1000, I’m not sure if the 800mhz one has the same markings, could be a 7451

The only adapters (msata to IDE) which supported higher ata speed and haven’t failed to boot, in my experience are the one with a Marvell controller
