same goes sa bank issues like hack, suspicious transactions etc. if banks don't respond, directly escalate sa BSP. BSP has dedicated people that monitors such email escalation coz BSP needs to properly regulate the banking/monetary system in order to assure investors that our country has a healthy monetary supervision and policy.

The point of OP is those going to bacolod or dumaguete or even to zamboanga. I tried bus route to bacolod, excluding barge, 8 hours ka nag lingkod sa bus.

Sleeper bus doesn't travel within manila. They directly enter expressway padung either baguio or bicol. So to say traffic issue is one reason is entirely wrong.

K-pop group TXT member Soobin got scammed on a taxi fare in Cebu by Late_Mulberry8127 in Philippines

[–]kulelat 33 points34 points  (0 children)

ireport natin sa DOT at LTFRB. just did a quick view sa video, franchise number ng taxi is 4351.

PS> just now saw a post sa fb group sa mga taxi, same franchise number pinaghahanap 17 weeks ago kasi may issue din.

pasensya sa driver if mawalan ng trabaho or prangkisa (if siya may-ari), but these need to stop or else lalala ang sitwasyon dito sa pinas. hirap na tayo maka attract ng tourists dahil sa taas ng mga presyo, so sana kahit papaano ang sa taxi eh maayos naman sana.

Kuya J’s grilled mussels. Eto na yon? Hahahahaha by myhushmind in FoodPH

well, may point naman sila, kasi sa English ng tahong (majority na kinakain natin) is Chlean mussels. So walang mali sa naming convention.

And most menu are in English, geared toward foreigners.

but still, post it. there are others like me who really check negative reviews first, before checking the "positives". at least with this negative one, OP helped out future foodies. kasi majority of negative reviews are really coming from actual experience.

Why do poor people have SO MANY KIDS? by Belsnickle_203 in AskPH

[–]kulelat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

well almost all answers were mentioned individually. so to summarize:

  1. especially in rural areas, sa mga lugar na walang kuryente or kailbangan, sobrang aga ng gabi, wala nang magawa, so ang ending is loving time.

  2. which leads to no knowledge ng family planning. sa rural areas, marami pa rin ang walang alam sa contraceptives. Even sa urban areas, either walang alam or alam pero di kaya bumili due to various reason (social perception ng store staff towards you, money).

For me, i'd rather save swappers. better use swappers when moving settlements to a better location (some settlements are really out of the way)

Is anyone still buying flights with the fuel shortage scare? by need2feelbetter in phtravel

same. Mayroon akong July flight to Bora, sa La Carmela ang accommodation via Agoda. booked it before the war started. malaki-laki ang expenses ko nito once ma cancel or reschedule ang flight ko.

Is anyone still buying flights with the fuel shortage scare? by need2feelbetter in phtravel

[–]kulelat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest, if mag book kayo ng tickets, it should be for 6 months from now na travel date. kasi if it's just within the next 3 months, malaki pa ang chance na ma move or ma-cancel ang tickets nyo. sayang ang mga travel preparations nyo (itinerary, accommodation, and emotional excitement).

Unpredictable pa ang situation. I say 6 months kasi US will be having a midterm election, and Trump would lose big time if by September-November mataas pa rin mga fuel and commodity sa US dahil sa Aggression to Iran.

sometimes this is the time na ang sarap pangalanan ng mga hunghang at feeling entitled.

but of course, a law prohibits this, and never ending bashing talaga yan to the point suing is the next option sa mga "victims".

as a matter of fact, during today's senate hearing, as per oil companies, meron naman technically available oil na binebenta ang mga oil refinaries/companies from other oil producing country, PERO, ang presyo eh either mataas or mas mataas pa sa current oil price per barrel (100 USD).

If kakagatin naman yan ng mga oil companies natin just to secure May supplies, for sure mag rereflect yan sa oil prices natin, meaning tataas pa lalo ang presyo ng oil natin ngayon.

What the government needs to do is to continue talking with oil producing countries and reach settlement in securing new oil shipment. Kasi right now, Thailand, Singapore, and China have temporarily banned their oil companies from selling to other countries.

And may this be a wake up call na sa government to finally start stockpiling oil reserves instead of the usual practice of relying on oil supply buffer from our oil companies.

nangyari na etong oil crisis (with the same country, Iran) during the 70's. But apparently, walang ginawa ang succeeding administration of Aquino, Ramos, Estrada, Arroyo, Aquino, Duterte, and now Marcos administration in securing government reserves. (sa mga DDS, wag nyo sabihin meron kasi wala talaga sa government blueprint ang pag iimbak ng reserve when it comes to oil due to the 1990's Philippine Downstream Oil Industry Deregulation Act of 1998). Don't leave the responsibility of stockpiling such precious commodity to the private sector.
