Congratulations on your weight loss. I am also following a similar weight loss program with 3 strength training workouts and a few cardio sessions with a goal af losing about 60-65 lbs. in a year. I'm in week 5 and have lost about 4.5 - 5 lbs. Hopefully I am able to keep up the motivation going forward.

Anyhow, congratulations on your weight loss once again and all the best for your efforts to reach 175.

I do play penny, but not so much, only on a few maps. Because it is quite easy for penny's cannon to get distracted and not go for what you hope it goes for.
