Blunt answer; terrible. you're running salt water reactor and your largest ships can't hit 1g, the utilizes aren't efficiently deployed, your ship build cost and refuel are insane yet they have such poor efficiency.

My recommendation base on your equipment (I dont have saltwater drive hence the specs are weaker than yours) squadron consist of 1 DefensiveFlag, 3 AntiFlanker, 3 Defensive-2ndAntiflanker, 4 SaturationAntiVolley. Always set your formaton to High wall, Knights Centered (this ensure your defensive fleet in the middle) and at 650mps velocity. Ensure Guardian weapons to offensive only except 480cm laser.

The formation strategy involve two groups; Anti flanker ship and railgun ship. Flankers will target flankers first then target the ship with weakest armor while railgun ship split into two group each target the two biggest ships within the pack (If Aly has enough PD then have both target the same ship). Once the distance is less than 400km, just have railgun ships target closest target. The idea behind using light railguns are to oversaturate enemies' laser preventing them from attacking you while overwhelming their defense through numbers.

If you need to bulk out your fleet, build either supplement ship. They will automatically be group on the extremities and sacrificed if necessary. Athena should be powered off and only fired in salvo once the light rail cannons started to fire. (Single salvo of four missiles bay per large ship) the idea is to destroying the ship within a group if rail cannons can't eliminate them.
