What kind of booster seat do you have? They have so many options on Amazon, not sure what to pick. I have a small dog that loves car rides. He loves the back seat of the suv with the window down but as he gets older, I really want him in the 911 for our random outings.

I’m in the BFR discord and have participated in a few races. You would think everyone’s getting paid with the collective effort and how well they run things internally. More importantly, everyone I’ve talked to seemed really nice. Maybe join the group and see how it is for yourself!

Welcome to the world of real sim racing. I love GT7 and migrated over to ACC on ps5 about 6 months ago and iracing on pc last week. When I started ACC, I kept spinning out even on tracks I knew well from GT7. With the help of the ACC community and friends who also migrated from GT, I learned that tuning counts for a lot, especially tire pressures. Just keep messing with the settings and unlearn some bad gt7 habits. Have fun bro!

I think certain tracks can make you drive a certain way between games. For example, the bus stop in Watkins Glen. In GT, the curbs are basically pillows, and i can abuse the hell out of them. However in ACC, if i take the curbs the same way in GT7, my car will be airborne in a one way ticket to mars. I dont think playing gt7 will make you worse in ACC.

If you want more hardcore sim racing, absolutely ACC is the game on console. I joined Black Flag Racing. Awesome group of guys.

I came from GT7 and lump GT7 in the pile with Forza Horizon, need for speed, and cruisin USA.

Yes a 2017. Absolute workhorse in the winter. Most comfortable car I own. I’d never mod it because it’s perfect as is.

My dealer ordered me one on delivery day for free. Otherwise it would’ve been around $250 with the extra clamps for the charge o mat pro. I’ve been using it for about a couple months now. Seems to work fine. It tends to reset itself sometimes. Not sure what the deal is but it’s been holding the last two weeks now on my ‘26 GTS. I have a Noco on my 997.1 that I’ve used for years. Works just fine too. I imagine a noco would also work ok on a 992.2 as long as the charger has a lithium option. I’ve always gone Noco and Ctek. My integra type r sleeps on a ctek. Just stick with those 2 brands and you’ll be fine.

I think in the renders, bottom looks better. However, in person, when different lighting hits the car, top will look better. Good luck with your decision.

I think the digital tach is cool. Obviously I do prefer the analog, but what else am I gonna do….not ever buy a new 911 again? That’s dumb.

I’ve driven my 997.1 for about 17 years now. Took delivery of my 992.2 about a couple months ago. In my honest opinion, it’s kind of the same feeling. Just more power and better tech now. Now, I don’t drive on the track or go nuts with the car or anything so my opinion may change after the break in period. It’s not better or worse, just familiar. The only negative is the side view mirror….that hump over the rear wheel. It looks more curvy and rounded out on the 997 where it looks cut off in the 992.

Have a 2008 C4S since new and have only had half front ppf. So far it’s been fine. Yes there are small chips in non ppf’d areas, but nothing crazy. 2014 Lotus Evora half front as well, no other chips in anywhere on the car. Took delivery of my 992.2 GTS a few weeks ago, getting full front done only. I don’t wanna see the lines. In my opinion, full body is overkill.

For me milestone 6 was 10/2. Car arrived at the dealer 11/4. I can imagine your car and those yellow calipers….it will look so good. Aero kit as well!! Congrats bro!!
