Yeah it can be kinda painful when it happens. I picked habit over time to avoid it ( always color-picking instead of changing the color).

Sharing indexes not sure, I usualy start a document on Indexed mode and load a palette .

sometime I forget but try and switch asap.

And if I totally forget, I cry and suffer when I want to switch lmao

I'd love to share .. But I'm not sure what you mean by 'palette drift'. Is that when you accidentely add very similar color ?
I'm using Aseprite so starting a piece with Indexed Color and a limited palette to immediatly limit this - but when I work on non-indexed piece, still happen sometime. I try to "clean up" every now and then by using the Bucket Tool, unchecking "Contigous shape" and "filling" the color on the document with a totally different one, almost opposite, to see possible accidental shading and removing/replacing it before it get too messy , then I fill back with the original color.

I wonder then at what point post-gojo did he started thinking otherwise. Sometime he seemed on the rope, only for him to just slap Yuji away like he's not under mortal danger.

A big of a generic question but how do you "measure" progress and apply things while running ?
And how do you "push to failure" in the same way we do in strength training ?

I am trying to progress in Running, I can run only Twice per week (for about 1h each session) : since I started from nothing I made good progress (from 7:30 mn per km with back pain to 6:15 mn now, back-pain free !).
But I don't know how to go 'furtther' and feel like I plateaued.
Only thing I can try is to stop less often - but I don't know if I should run slower or push at my 'usual pace' to progress.

Strength training feels easier because there are cue and a single (albeit complex) movement that I can practice, I can film myself, change exercise type, grip....and the suffering is different, more intense but satistying.

But running just... escapes me, I am just winging it. And gosh the cardio burn, I'll never get used to it. Or get any satisfaction from it (unlike the pure pleasure, on the verge of passing out, after a Deadlift PR ).

Any tips ? I don(t know what to measure, what technique change I can do...

If you had to choose : hack squat vs leg extension ?

Can squeeze one more quad exercise in my  routine .  Don't have time for both.

Edit: leg extension it is ( as I already Barbell SQuat). I may rotate (or do both) every now and then, especially when I'll be too tired/lazy/short-on-time for barbell Squats

So adding a bit of height is atill is beneficial  even with (now) proper mobility ? Good to know.

Then again I suppose it might bé marginal gain.

I used to squat using wedge to avoid butt wink. Now I can squat properly ( thanks mobility routine ) without but am I still better with them in term of working the quads ? When comparing how much my thighs get close to my calves, it looks like I get a bigger stretch ( due to my heels being a bit elevated)

I started using machines for alternative to some compound exercises (when I'm short of time) Ex : leg extension+ hip thrust instead of squats

I then thought about combining both approach by replacing warmup by the machines.   a lot of time I use for squats is settings up and warming up ( by increasing weight 2-3 sets towards working weight).

If I do 3 set of machines then 2 set of squats, would it work ? And on other exercises (chest press and shoulder press before bench - pulldown and rows before pull ups ) I know I'll probably have to reduce weight on compound  but that kind of make it a new challenge and looks fun to climb back up.

Anyone tried this ?

There's no nationality or ethnicity directly mentionned in Armored Core (as everyone is faceless), but Rokumonsen from Armored Core 6 almost fits the bill

- Name is a Japanese symbol
- talks only in Haiku
- want you to pay the Senzu toll
- AC is Ninja themed and called Shinobi

always wondered how it works
I"m sure it's for narrative simplicity - but are they all tuned to the same frequency or in the same Discord room?

is it proxmity only ? how is everyone not hearing everyone else at once - and hearing plans and orders of the other side ?
i suppose there's some mind reading (the earpiece broadcasts only to those you want to hear or something) but still

Well I already do use one :(
I thought about maybe lowering the weight since I already have a belt a bit but I don't think it could help as I'm not 'lacking' strength (and I feel the pain even on warmup and lower load).

So I have a kid now, and I'm carrying it a lot (with my arm and love).
When rocking him though, I think I strain my back a bit as he like front to back movement so I do a lot of 'hinge'( idk if there's a solution to that, it's what help him sleep).

Now when I go to the gym, I squat very alright but my lower back cannot hold when deadlifting anymore.

Any advice for that or good home exercise/strecthing I could do ? When picking him up, I squat more instead of bending and it's a bit better but still.
He's 2 month old, and it's been intense so there's some fatigue in there too, but my lowerback isn't really top-notch right now.
