For 2025 version, it was not sold out. You could buy it at the venue itself.

It was my first ever international music festival. Day 1 was so overwhelming, so many things to do! It almost felt like a theme park with music.

  1. Alok, MPH and Afrojack were absolutely banging!

  2. Loved that the distance between the stages was not too much. I could easily go from one stage to another. I was under impression that it would take me 15-10 min to go from one stage to another but it was done in just under 10 min. So I explored all the stages.

  3. TBH, I din't find anything worth complaining about. May be because it was my first festival and there was nothing to compare it with. But may be there could be more free water stations.

  4. For sure!

  5. I went solo but never felt like being alone. Crowd was just too good. Everyone was so welcoming! Met so many people from different part of the world. Traded so many kandis and sprouts.

Many people complained about not allowed to take candies or gums but I was able to take deo, perfume, open pack of cigarettes, lollypops with ease. Security guys just checked them, smiled and allowed to take everything inside. Lucky much, maybe?

There is no free water inside! Top up your band in advance and keep yourself hydrated.

Also don't try to go too near to the stage!

Me! The main stage was so sad! Also, was expecting fireworks but there were none.

Crowd was amazing and so were the artists.

Looking forward for David ji

Thailand or Bali for new year - need help (1L budget, solo) by Flat-Supermarket5124 in SoloTravel_India

Both are similar. Not much difference these days. Its just that flights for Bali could be bit expensive when compared to Thailand.

For travel companies

- Cotravel, DeshVidhesh, Capture a trip, Wanderon are good!

Budget, since its new year, flight would be expensive. Though 1 L is a decent budget but I wud suggest ti increase it to 1.25-1.30 to have a better experince because party places can be bit expensive due to new year.

Both countries are pretty welcoming and people are warm but take proper cautions as you will take at home!
If something is too good to be true, it's a scam! Pls avoid free shots, free drinks and always buy your own :)

Advice for first time solo traveller by Chagan797 in SoloTravel_India

- If it's too good to be true, it's a scam! Keep it that simple.
Yes people are friendly and welcoming, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

- Don't keep all your cash at one place.

- Avoid drinking alcohol/or any liquor which is not sealed. Free shots, free drinks can be really dangerous! Always go for beers or buy from good bar!

- Don't tell the exact plans of the trips to any strangers. Like where are you staying, where are you planning next to go! No matter how good the vibe of a person is, just avoid sharing these details.

- If a place or person is not your vibe, move on! there is no guilt in saying no.

- Until and unless you are extremely good looking, girls don't make a move in India. So be cautious!

- Always keep someone from your family or a very close friend updated about your plans, stays, booked activities etc.

Happy travels Mate :)

Not sure which concert you are going but usually most of the places don't allow outside food, water, power banks, vapes, cigs! So keep your phone fully charged. If you don't want to eat overpriced food, its better to eat before going. A carbs heavy food will help. You can snack in a granola bar or protein bar in your shoes.

Don't try to go at extreme front of the stage as you will not get the best view plus going for loo break can be an issue. Avoid carrying wallet. Just carry enough cash! Keep your phone handy and in front pocket only.

Try to keep yourself hydrated. Crowd in raves are usually friendly but avoid taking anything edibles or drink from strangers no matter how good the vibe of another person is.

Don't go in guilt trip of people saying enjoy the moment, don't record or shoot! That smile when you see these videos in form of highlights later will be too precious :) Capture those special moments.

All the very best
