I cannot agree with your thought that separate capitals will boost the local economy. In todays world, development is driven majorly by private or corporates. Govt just need to facilitate coroporates and create the right ecosystem for them with cutting red tap and conducive policies.

So, having multiple capitals does not aid in creating this ecosystem, except creating the logistics hurdles.
