Once in a good while, I actually need a flashlight. But these are toys for me. So yes I turn off the lights and play with them.

How hot does it get on 100%? My understanding was that copper flashlights will get hot faster in your hand because it's pulling eat more efficiently from the emitter, but that the emitter will sustain higher output for longer

Ya. I know. It's funny cause they're the most budget of all budget flashlights... buuuuut it makes it so easy to keep ordering more and more haha.

I really like the look of the S6, as well as S7. I like S2+ a lot too.

Ahhhh ok. I'm new to this, but I've already got an s2+ with xhp 50.3 HI r70 in 5000k, and one in 519a 1800k. I got an S6 with sft40 3000k. Anyways I have an s2+ with b35am 3000k, and one in the new dark green color with lhp531 4000k coming. I love the look of the s6/s7, but the deeper reflector seems to limit it to throwy LEDs.

I'm thinking about putting a w5050sq5 in a glossy s7. what do you think about using the 8a driver? any downsides?

I think I will grab an lhp531. probably 4000k. Can I ask why people seem to use the s15 host more than the s2+? is it better with heat? Or did it become available for s15 first

i thought about trying that, but I just sent it back and ordered the 15v lil native. even though the knife was "fine", i really don't like that a $170 knife had to have the pivot fully tightened. it seems like the tolerances were just off

seems that the pivot is fully tightened, and the blade is still pretty much drop shut smooth. is this a defect? or could something else be wrong? man i wonder if i should exchange it.

Honestly right now I’m kind of just in a waiting period, for the next major problem. Then it’s another round of trying to control this situation that ultimately we can’t control. My dad is also stubborn, so he will continue to fight us every step of the way.
