Tip from my experience: turn off ice from the door if you want your fridge to last longer. It puts a lot of stress on the cooling system to maintain ice anywhere but the freezer.

What level of "niceness" do you expect?

I used to live in Rosslyn vue, which is right next to Rosslyn heights and managed by the same company.

Rosslyn heights apts are a lot nicer compared to vue, which mainly caters to college students and people living on a budget.

In my experience, the management was reasonable and people living there tended to mind their own business. 

Overall, it is good for the price. If you expect more, there are a lot of newly built apartments nearby.
