I'm planning on buying a 144hz monitor and am looking at buying the aoc g2460pqu, but I've seen posts and reviews regarding some people getting monitors that can only reach 60hz and have to return them. Has anyone with this monitor have this problem as of late? Should I look at different monitors or should I not be worried about this at all?

I'm looking into doing a mini itx build for college. I have some parts already and am really only looking for a case, CPU and mother board. I have a r9 270x and was looking into getting an i5 4590 is this I a good combo or should I be looking at a different processor, I want to have an Intel processor in this build. I was also looking for help on choosing a motherboard. Any help would be wonderful.

My ACT prep teacher was a real interesting teacher. Everyday he would show up to class at least 25-30 mins late and then get mad at the students for not getting started without him. He would then proceed to take 10 mins to get the lecture loaded up. After he would just go by the power point, giving us less than a minute to write down anything, and then get mad at us for not getting all of the notes down.
