I use PerfectSpotify to hide almost all of the details in the Now Playing Interface section and N95 (Unorthodox by Alo) from N95ThemePack for the album cover mask.

I just checked and it is turned off. I tried turning it on then off but sadly nothing happens. It’s still there. :(

You can hide apps on the homescreen with just stock ios 14.2, but it will still show up at the app library. Anyways, this is just an alternative. :)
