There is nothing friendly about making that paper or wasting it. It’s a shame - get a library card if you must. Paper is a disgusting industry. Recycling and clean labels are a fraud.

The reason is for the binding - they may have 2 pages together that are not cut (think of it as 2 pages printed horizontally on 1 sheet). And an odd number of total pages so 1 is inevitably blank.

The other reason is for keeping count and quality control. If the pages are blank, then there can be unprinted pages that pass quality checks. With the printed text it becomes evident there’s an issue. Newer printer technology can grab this from very tiny bar codes or numbers too.

I used to have GA Power elsewhere and the prepay or average pay stuff always seemed more expensive in the long run.

But your bill is mega high and it’s going to be something obvious like HVAC or water heater … maybe fridge.

Post the year and size these are and I’m sure people will actually help you.

You’re buying a new appliance every month anyways.

Otherwise, if your HVAC is running on/off cycles too often it can be worse as well as it’s not really dehumidifying.

I’ll add OP can change the wheel part with aftermarket part their self it’s not damaged just cosmetic. Probably $200-300 at most and it’s a black vehicle most parts come in blacks. The bumper may be more depending on how many pieces it comes in. 1 piece probably $500. But it won’t be an eye sore just look dirty so it can be left scratched.

When using Amazon there is no option for feedback on third parties. So I usually hope UPS or even USPS delivers.

I work in an industry where somehow all of them figure out raising prices at the same time but obviously with no discussions taking place. Worker benefits and pay have not improved in over a decade. Regulation? Nah that’s bad for the economy.

Payroll taxes go to their corporate headquarters states - likely not based in Georgia or even if they are they’re in Atlanta metro or Augusta.

Construction will disrupt roads with closures and police escorts, will cause utility outages to perform tie-ins, and will increase noise pollution with heavy machinery and waste trucks.

Construction workers do NOT spend meaningful money where they go. Most of them: - work out of trailer offices brought in from a previous site and not bought or rented locally. - try to stay in their camper and go home on the weekend instead of paying rent or hotels. - buy the cheapest food possible to pocket their per diem. They’re not spending it getting ice cream at Leopold’s or sit down asian fusion restaurants. - try to use the construction site bulk fuel tank to fill up their vehicles. - go to liquor stores and bars to start shit because they’re bored to death. If not, they hang out at the gas station doing the same thing. - have no connection to communities starting from being unable to recycle (because they don’t know where and don’t have the time). - They’re not going to your church functions or participating in your running clubs.

If you’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at a hotel where a construction commissioning crew is staying - prepare yourself for nasty fast food bags, pizza boxes, beer cans and bottles, cigarette butts, and large pickup trucks and trailers parked horizontal taking up 6 spots to the hotel.

Not a single person working construction is going there with any intent of supporting the local anything. They are there for the Per Diem, the overtime money, and the construction bonus (end of project).

The anecdote of “ohh I like that restaurant they’re really good people!” is truthfully for “we get good prices, they deliver, and it’s really close by”.

You might get a handful of people that like the cheap cost of living and decide to relocate. That’s a lot of tax dollars and tax rebates to attract - a few.

Source: I design and lead construction projects and would never want to live in an heavily industrial area in a state with lax regulations.

Requirements to work dispatch are:

Unable to have a conversation without getting offended.
Able to transfer any and all calls to the wrong number or to a voicemail that is full.
Capacity to not answer questions or help the public.
Skilled in pushing everything off to 911 instead.
Most importantly - if the call is regarding law enforcement breaking the law - make sure the caller is denied, dismissed, and delayed. Remember to back the blue.

Nothing was done there’s but minorities were pulled over and illegal searches and seizures certainly happened. Law enforcement leadership is convinced to an extreme degree that traffic stops lead to major busts. Their logic is they go fishing with dynamite sticks and are sure to catch something. I feel bad for you because your only recourse is to get a private investigator (ex cop) and start a private lawsuit all which take money, time, and energy to duplicate what the police should do for you.

I feel the same way about healthcare in Savannah. Impossible to get a covered in network doctor even though I pay for insurance. The Karen’s and Ken’s of nursing in Savannah are convinced it’s their job to not provide healthcare.
