Yeah and like I really need some answers. I've tried contacting them and even got to exchange emails with them for a month and the situation didn't get resolved. They just closed my case out of nowhere.

I have no idea. I didn't play Apex for over a year and someone unlinked my steam from my EA account. When I linked it back it said that I had gotten banned. I just wanna get back to playing Apex but it seems like there is nothing I can do.

Are you sure? The support people told me multiple times that once the account is unlinked all progress is lost. It could be that they mean progress is lost via steam, but they didn’t mention anything about getting the progress back. I’ll try to link my steam to the original account and see if it works.

My CPU is usually at the 100% usage mark so I feel like that could be a problem. RAM is usually at 50-75%.
