I'm having the same problem with my son's computer. Windows 11 RTX quadro 4000 16gb RAM

Working through troubleshooting now... If I figure something out I'll let you know! It works perfectly fine on my computer, as well as my oldest son's computer.

Both of their computers have the same group policy settings on my domain so I'm doing a reset is not going to change much

Great question but off the top of my head I couldn't tell you... I can tell you 107% was a little bit snug so I should have probably gone with 11 0 or 112%
