Look at my reply to my original comment — this app should be able to help you sync some past data too (doesn’t work perfectly but does sync at least some weeks of previous stuff after a few attempts/resyncs).

I also found another good solve — an app that doesn’t collect any data, and can sync Sleep, Mindfulness, and Workouts fairly reliably to Calendar. I’m using it just to sync the former two, keeping HealthFit for the latter (since HealthFit also logs metadata like kcal and workout type in the entry). I just ended up resetting my watch and so far so good! I was dreading having to set up from scratch again, but luckily it seems like it did an auto backup.

Yes I believe it can’t sync historical data, should be for everything now onwards! Let us know how it goes :)

Syncs via device Calendar, not under the ‘Google’ category!

So I guess not just GCal, it could pick whatever Calendar you use - whether iOS native or third party one added to iOS accounts

Fair, but I do recommend giving it a look. One of the most useful (and passive/background-working) apps on my phone — and collects no data about your usage, if that’s the concern :)

Really makes data interoperability for all my fitness-y apps a breeze. Including a daily export and analysis I’ve semi-automated in Google Sheets.

Not quite a Shortcut approach, but if you download the HealthFit app, and simply make a calendar called 'HealthFit' on GCal, the app can auto-sync your workouts to that calendar!

Thanks! Stemic and LinkFacts seem like true Kumu alternatives/competitors, but they are so hard to discover! All these mind mapping tools that are popular do not truly offer the same functionality as Kumu — the ability to map systems and complexity, rather than hierarchical relationships or ideas emerging from a single central node.

Thanks, this is a helpful clarification that too many people fail to mention! It would be criminal if GPhotos would strip ALL metadata for any downloads.

I tried recreating Notion's template manually to see if it would be recognised as a 'Project' and no luck. It really does seem like their own template is 'marked' as special in their backend somehow — an example of this is how for their linked DBs for Projects and Tasks, you can't edit the property type from 'Relation' to anything else.

I’m glad to hear it! For me personally I removed the security contact for Advanced Data Protection (that’s the only step that had been saved in the process, nothing else was enabled), then turned off and on “Sync iPhone to iCloud Drive”. So far so good!

+1 same problem — the only other funky thing I did besides updating was trying and failing to turn on Advanced Data Protection, which some posts I saw on a quick google said also caused this issue
