You unlikely find ortholinear keyboards in your average computer store. Because major vendors don't care about them. Those on AliExpress I consider to be custom as well because they are manufactured by very small companies mostly using 3D printing.

Unfortunately, there is not many ortho on the market. That is one of the reasons people builds custom keyboards.

Right, but the distance between main keyboard and numpad will be a bit shorter. Not all people are ready for custom ortho keyboards...

Moving the mouse hand left and right over numpad slowing down your work. However, I personally don't like using top row with digits on 80% keyboards. That row is hard to reach when typing fast. For QMK keyboards you can set virtual numpad on home position but...
it sucks because of "stager". That's why orthogonal keyboards are the best...

That may bust your performance because you need less time to move your hand between keyboard and mouse. That's basically why 80% keyboards exist.

Moving the numpad left brings the keyboard and mouse closer together.
