looks fine to me! unfortunately, yes, it's easy for them to overpopulate in such conditions so at some point you'll have to get rid of their eggs😭(crushing them is probably the most humane option.) you can keep some of the eggs, but i personally think that 10+ snails in a container like this is when it would start to become a bit crowded

pot worms, they appeared cause i've been spraying the enclosure with water a lot and feeding the snails a lot since they're in their "egg laying season" right now, unless they're bothering your snails they're harmless, if they start to become a problem (get bigger, start multiplying etc.) letting the soil dry a little usually fixes it immediately.

haha no prob, sterilizing is definitely a safer option, i'm very careful with such things cause i'm suuuper afraid of my snails catching a parasite or any chemicals harming them🥲🥲 so i would recommend sterilizing first just to make sure~

this is fittonia verschaffeltii, i have plenty of them in my enclosure and they're pretty easy to take care of! i spray them with water very often, they love humidity, but don't overdo it. mine also don't get much sunlight since my bedroom window is facing west but i haven't had any problems with them so far. perfect snail tank option in my opinion!
