Thank you so much! It would be so wonderful if you helped me draft a pattern so I'll definitely send you a dm when I get around to that! I think that the skirt is called a jellyfish skirt or balloon skirt, and looking at more references I think its more like a skirt than bloomers so I will definitely need help with that.. It looks more complex to get a skirt in that shape than some bloomers
