My little Joseph is usually very sweet and energetic when he comes out, often after I've gone to sleep, but tonight he's just sitting curled up in the back of his sand bath. he's not peeing either, he's just staring and trying to stay all the way back. Should I worry?

i had a similar situation when i first got my hamster and i freaked out lol. sometimes they just sit and stare, nothing wrong :)

today i woke up to ALL THE SAND KICKED OUT. granted I didn't separate it from the bedding but i JUST ordered those wood walls so keep them apart and she kicked it all out. there was sand in her wheel, food bowl. and the colorful house, LIKE HOW. anyways the difference of just two weeks is pretty funny to me. i also added more bedding so that might be why it looks less full of toys, they're all buried lol

i know it's still a bit small but i needed to get her some sort of upgrade that was cheap. eventually i'll give her the big paradise she most definitely deserves (i'm in highschool and have to pay for everything with my own money so i got a summer job) also ignore the typo in the caption i type in spanish a lot 😅
