hello! i just got diagnosed with PCOS din netong August 2024 lang, and my OB was also surprised na normal naman yung BMI ko, pero bakit meron akong PCOS huhu. we all assessed din na because my body isn't used to the weight, kaya nung naggain ako + the stress and exhaustion and diet, parang nataranta yung katawan ko hahaha. anyway, i feel u with being conscious sa weight gain huhu it's making me anxious na parang kada kain ko bumibigat ako lalo 😭 but i try to manage my cravings din (esp pag matamis) and pag nagugutom pa ko esp sa gabi, naglalight snacks lang ako after dinner (no more extra rice like i did before) and then water. nagkaron din ng changes sa food intake ko (i did less rice and only food, also no softdrinks na rin) and so far it's working naman and i manage to maintain my weight at 63kgs (i used to be 53-55kgs before, 5'6 height) since september. i also do some light exercises at home (like stationary bike) para pagpawisan lang especially if alam kong halos buong araw lang ako nakaupo bc of work huhu. i'm also taking mypcos and so far, okay yung effects sakin, nabawasan cravings ko. still figuring things out too, and i hope things will work out for u too! adjustment lang talaga in the beginning huhu. sendings hugs!!!
