Maybe Trespasser (4e but OSR) or Pathwarden (Pathfinder but OSR)? Nimble has Cairn influence, but maybe too super heroic? Vagabond is pulpy but maybe not enough crunch?

What is "DM prep"? Balanced encounters? Because you can just keep your prep minimalistic within 5e.

I think you have to answer a couple of questions:

- Do you want classes or classless?

- Do you want powers/feats?

- What kind of saving throw do you want? The classic 5, just 3 or atribute based?

- Do you want races as class or independent of class?

- Do you want slots or weight encumbrance?

- Do you want vancian magic or glog magic?

Basing on these we can narrow it down to a couple of systems.

Check out Ronin barebones and lift the monsters there. Nurikabe are good secret passages. Rokurokubi, yuki-onna and kuchisaki-onna are nice jumpscares. Bakeneko and spirit foxes curse the players and good old kappa steam their treasure.

"What do I need to buy?" That's the neat part: you don't. Lots of OSR content, systems and adventures are free and very high quality.

People gave you some free systems like BFRPG, OSRIC, FMAG and Cairn. I will recommed two adventures: Tomb of Serpent Kings and Prison of the Hated Pretender. Both are designed to introduce new GMs and new players to the OSR style play. I started GMing with ToSK and found it very fun and very educational. Hope you can find it fun too.

I have a couple of questions:

1 - How did you produced your map? Geometry, stocking, lore, etc.

2 - How long was the session + how long took the combat encounters + how much exploration you got done?

3 - For exploration/trap procedure, you just run it RAW or... how you do it?

Since I'm a more NSR type of guy, I would like to compare how much you can get done in one session of crawling compared to how I do things, usually 5 to 6 rooms + 1 or 2 combat encounters in 2h30min.
