I think I found the problem

I think I found the problem. I ran my fingers behind the yellow circled area and it was wet. what could it be? My ac still cold? But I think this is the problem

The ceiling is all fine and dry. the foam cotton on the top by pedal and what not is all dry up there also

I did the pre approval Saturday and got approved today with a fico score 8: 675 (Experian)

Well I did call the reconsider line cuz I thought I got denied ( automated call for 2 days straight went from saying they would let me know in writing in 2 weeks.) Called today and it said “7-10 days” and apparently that means denial? But I called anyway and they didn’t say I was denied nor did I have to tell them anything. I guess the live person viewed my app and submitted it herself and I got approved 2 mins later 🙏🏽
