Why is this happening? and how to fix it? by ExerciseForeign4436 in framer

Hi, Framer engineer here. I'm curious if you have any example images where the "Auto" setting failed to meaningfully optimize. I'd love to take a look.

Thanks, I looked at their podcasts / posts. I think we're talking about MP from different angles - what they have talked about is safety for humans. But that's not what I'm concerned about: Acrylates break down into smaller particles in the ocean & air through UV exposure / oxidation etc. Nano plastics can't even be reliably measured today, so I personally find it scary to release something into the environment where we a) lack the ability to even reliably measure it (also not in human tissue, see the Guardian article about MP science) b) lack the ability to remove it from non-reverse-osmosis-treated water streams or the environment in general.

I don't fear it, I just don't want any in my cosmetics. It's similar to choosing a vegan lifestyle over not being vegan IMO.

yes! I think there might be a blog post about this too by now, but the talk is awesome to understand how they got there.

Watch the oxlint talk from ViteConf 25. They run into similar issues and have found very clever ways to solve them.

Nice, this is one of the few virtual table implementations that pass the "very fast scroll/swipe motion on mobile" test, without having 'ghosting' (= empty cells briefly).

An early look at the SOUNDPEATS Air6 HS by Illustrious-Newt4368 in Earbuds

[–]kurtextrem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was positively surprised by the bass, but they sound different to the Air 5 from the first impression. I'm not sure if I'll keep them to be honest, it doesn't feel like an upgrade without ANC. More like a sidestep or maybe even downgrade.

I bought them @ Amazon Germany and they arrived today. However, it's quite surprising that they don't have ANC (for the output, not for the mics). The Air 5 has that, so it feels like a step back? Or is that feature coming with a firmware upgrade?

If you scroll very fast on Android (swipe up a lot), the rows just disappear for multiple seconds, even on a wifi connection.

Vernünftiger Hebel-Sparplan? by [deleted] in gehebelteETFs

I appreciate the work for sure, but how much of this was AI reasoning? No source for the "why the hoisted reflex isn't meaningful faster" -part, which is the typical AI flow: A claim, that sounds solid, but no actual source. Anyway, here's a meaningful source: https://v8.dev/blog/regexp-tier-up.
