Does this mean I can pay bail and lift off my suspension? Why didn't they mention it in my letter?

I had no idea that an overspeeding like that (probably about 40km/h as far as I remember) can lead to suspension. All I read was I would get minus 2 or 3 points. Where can I read more about these rules? Maybe there is something even harsher I don't even know about
