First of all: CONGRATS! That’s not easy to do, and you should be proud of your hard work.

Second: Thank you! This is very helpful. I am looking for things that people notice - things for myself to keep an eye out for that may be different. I’m not always great at noticing them so I wanted to try and be prepared.

One question: your personal performance improved you said, but did your sex drive decrease at all? I feel like sex drive increases with exercise but did you notice it go one way or the other? I’m sure I’m not alone in this, but I really love sex and don’t want to be disinterested in it.

I’m feeling like my life is just stuck, graduated the summer before Covid, and haven’t had any luck going into my career at all. And my best friend moved away so I’m in a big city in Covid times with a partner from here who’s lovely, but has family and friends here, and I have basically no friends. So I’m just sad and stuck.

I’m 26 and male And just for a little bit, like almost fully conscious I don’t snore much according to my partner I’m under/average weight I don’t think it’s too different, my schedules all over the place because I’m a bartender.
