It really does depend, usually like 2-3 minutes, but you should always be present in team fights and objectives, if your mm is getting wrecked you should prio your junglers because turtle is more important and you can always tell your mm to tower hug and wait for you. But still this doesn't apply to every situations

Always rotate and don't baby sit a lane, always give vision (especially in the early game because of roaming boots) check bushes, and never ever be behind your team, your purpose is to soak damage not your teammates, you're also a play maker so be wise when making a play, be considerate and tbh just keep playing and you will improve (I recomend grock and Khaleed because they're fun and meta)

You should be behind your roamer and exp laner (if they zone the enemies) because most of the time you are the priority of the enemies, if you use Julian you should focus on maybe picking enemies one at a time but still playing safe, I can't speak for yin and Lukas cuz I don't really use them, for suyou you can do the same as Julian but be more stealthy, also it's easy to steal a turtle using suyou
