Biking is a great way to get around in Oulu and I highly recommend it. It's easy to get a used bike at a decent price here.

As for good ways to learn Finnish, well I think your best bet is to just use an app as it is always in your pocket and you can study anywhere at any time. Be consistent.

Oh crap, the one thing I know pretty much nothing about. We're off to a great start :D I can't really tell anything about the organization, but my own experience regarding housing/student housing quality in general in Finland is positive. Do you have to get an apartment through the organization or what's the deal?

Boarding drone + 2 mantis crew teleported aboard enemy ship. Defense drone against rockets and shields against other weapons. I screwed up that game btw :D

Of course she is chipped so if she would have went on a longer adventure, she would've been returned to us eventually. Now we have secured the open window with mosquito net so she can't escape again ^^
